Key Responsibilities:
- Lead plant maintenance, reliability, operation, and maintenance of all utility equipment to ensure maximum plant availability.
- Plan, execute, and commission capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects within budget and timeline.
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment breakdowns and downtime.
- Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and failure investigations to identify gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure productive operation and maintenance of utility systems with a power capacity exceeding 25 MW.
- Manage the following utility facilities:
- Ice Plant
- RO Water System
- DM Water System
- Brine System
- Chiller System (up to -70°C)
- Chilled Water System
- Nitrogen Generation & Distribution System
- Compressed Air System
- Steam Generation & Distribution System
- Water Management System
- Optimize utility consumption, improve equipment reliability, and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, statutory, and quality standards.
- Prepare maintenance budgets, monitor KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with production, projects, engineering, and external vendors for smooth plant operations.
- Lead maintenance teams, develop technical capabilities, and ensure adherence to SOPs and maintenance schedules.
