Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of a team to ensure objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively. This role involves guiding, motivating, and supporting team members, coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and maintaining a productive and positive work setting aligned with organizational goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise day-to-day activities of the garnishment team, ensuring workload is distributed appropriately and deadlines are met.
- Assign tasks related to order setup review, payment review, and garnishment sign-offs across team members.
- Review teamwork for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Serve as first level of escalation for complex garnishment inquiries, employee concerns, and agency questions.
- Ensure policies, procedures, and controls are consistently followed across the team.
- Track team performance using metrics and KPIs; identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Provide coaching, mentoring,



and ongoing support to team members.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and reference materials for team processes.
- Partner with Payroll, HR, Legal, and other departments to resolve escalated issues.
- Support audit readiness and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Assist with rollout of new systems, enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Recognize performance and support corrective actions when necessary.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
