Duration - 3 months (extendable upto 12-24 months on need basis)
Compensation is hourly based - 2000 - 3000 per hour ( 8 hours 5days)

Thoughtworks Launch Is a training initiative to provide recent lateral joiners an immersive experience in Thoughtworks’ ways of working. It lets people experience what a project at Thoughtworks feels like, as opposed to purely theoretical presentations before going into a real project
You’ll spend time on the following:
a) Owning the delivery of training batches
b) Facilitate technical ceremonies
i) Project kick-off (pairing with other trainers)
ii) Explore codebase and backlog
iii) Final review and retrospective (pairing with other trainer)
c) Deliver the technical presentations
i) Intro to CI/CD
ii) TDD
iii) Types of Testing
iv) Sensible defaults introduction
d) Introduce participants to the project and codebase set up
e) Ensure participants are getting comfortable with testing and TDD, CI/CD, trunk based development, feature toggles, pair p
