Position Name -Associate
Location - Bangalore
Experience - 2-5 years' experience

Mandatory Requirement :
- CA/MBA (top tier B-School) / Engineer plus MBA
- 2+ years of experience.
- Track record of successful PE and M&A; deal closures over the past 3 to 5 years - transaction structuring, valuation, deal negotiations, preparation of financial model and information memorandum, managing data rooms, coordinating with multiple advisors.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Equity fundraising and M&A;
- Should have successful deal closure of at least (5-6 transactions)
- Should have very strong capabilities to execute transactions, specifically forge relationships with the target, assess the business, engage with the management team, prepare IM, FM, and teasers, explain the business to counterparties, and manage expectations,



valuations, and closure experiences.
- Work closely with corporates, venture capitalists, private equities, and other investors.
- Actively participate in thought-ware generation
- Lead actively Business Development Activities (Proposal Writing, POV creation, Industry Trends)
- Should have business development capabilities - identify companies, ability to cold calls, forge relationships, participate in BD meetings, ability to market, etc.

- Financial Modeling & Research skills
- Strong communication skills- written and verbal
- Robust interpersonal skills
