Position Description:
The Regional Technical Application Specialist, is responsible for serving as a subject matter expert focused on delivering success throughout the customer lifecycle for Miraclon products. Primary responsibilities include sales support, pre-installation site audits, system installation, operator training, troubleshooting and post-sales support. The TAG Specialist will travel to prospective and existing customer sites in their assigned geographic area,



providing customer consultation related to the technical advantages of Miraclon products, collaborate with sales, service and dealer resources (as required) to support recent orders and install the system, provide required customer training and best practice application, provide first level support in troubleshooting of plate and print related issues, and provide regularly scheduled plate room audits to insure ongoing quality and consistency. These customer and product experiences will also be communicated through the organization to assist in improving products and services.
The position is home office based in Hyderabad, India and reports to the Regional Service Manager APAC based in Singapore.
