Out of this at least 4+ technical program management experience preferably with external customer facing web based software products.
· 3+ years of hands on coding experience with .Net , C#. Should have very solid technical, product, quality and software engineering skills.
· Have the depth and width of decision making maturity. Be able to gain trust & respect of an engineering and dependent teams and stakeholders to deliver results.
· Ability to manage and influence team members without authority and work with people within local and remote locations spread across time zones.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and effectively communicate across all levels of management.
