While we have achieved consistent growth with a steady flow of inbound leads, building a robust outbound process is critical for driving more predictable growth and creating a scalable sales pipeline in the future.
We have made efforts at it in the past with existing AEs doing outbound or with SDRs simply cold calling at random, with varied degrees of success.
