Base LPA : 4.20 to 7.20 Lakhs PA

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can plan, coordinate and supervise the execution of internal and client-based marketing projects.

Responsibilities :
- Review, analyze and strategize creative ideas with the team to reach company goals.
- Communicate with team members efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to look at a broader perspective.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing to be up to date with latest trends.
- Monitors and reports goals and insights through emails, phone calls and face to face meetings.




- Educates the staff members on strategies to produce engaging and interesting content.

Required skills and Qualification :
- Strong communication skills ( verbal and written)
- Leadership skills to be able to delegate tasks to team members
- Marketing experience, including email campaigns and advertising (such as Google AdWords)
- Should be a natural motivator and leader
- Must be able to delegate tasks with precision and good judgement.

Experience : 2-3 years in an advertising agency ( preferred )

Work Timings and Leave Policy
- Monday to Saturday ( 10 AM - 6 PM )
- Office Location: Vasai West, 401202
- Post probation 24 Paid leaves are allowed a year, which includes a compulsory 4-day block leave for self-care.
