Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Sales Manager to oversee and grow our online sales
across Amazon, eBay, and our eCommerce website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
managing product listings, optimising sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring
smooth operations of our online stores. This role requires robust expertise in digital marketplaces,
online sales strategies, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Strategy:
• Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Manage and optimise product listings on Amazon, eBay, and the company’s eCommerce website.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.




• Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and industry trends.
• Implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers to increase conversions.
Marketplace & Website Management:

• Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory updates.
• Optimise product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for better visibility.
• Manage customer reviews, feedback, and ratings to enhance brand reputation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for PPC campaigns, SEO, and social media promotions.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, profit margins, and return on ad spend
(ROAS).
• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
