EQUIREMENT:

We are looking for a highly analytical and collaborative Financial Analyst with a robust accounting foundation and hands-on experience in visualization tools to support balance sheet forecasting across the APAC region. This role will be responsible for coordinating country-level submissions, consolidating regional forecasts, and generating insights to improve forecasting accuracy and challenge assumptions. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can influence finance stakeholders and drive continuous improvement

JOB DESCRIPTION:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Balance sheet forecasting involves creating a projected balance sheet by analyzing historical financial data, setting key assumptions and identifying the suitable forecasting method for each item, forecasting future cash flows to estimate a future financial position
- Create schedules for Balance Sheet elements
- Establish the key factors and assumptions that will influence the forecast




- Initiate and coordinate balance sheet forecasting submissions across multiple APAC countries in partnership with Country Finance teams
- Consolidate Country Forecasts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data
- Analyze and interpret key drivers and trends in the balance sheet to deliver meaningful insights
- Challenge underlying assumptions and influence country-level teams to improve forecasting methodology and rigor
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track forecast performance and highlight variances and reasons for variances
- Support continuous improvement in balance sheet forecasting processes, tools, and templates
- Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A;/Business Finance teams to align forecasts with actuals
- Prepare forecast analysis for presentation to senior regional finance leadership
- Ensure compliance with Internal Policies and applicable accounting standards
- Support the Financial Planning and Analysis Team with various other Forecasting
