Intro Summary of the Role:
This role exists to ensure the seamless operation, integration, and maintenance of water‑treatment and utility systems including RO Plants, DM Plants, Softener Units, HVAC systems, Chillers, Heat Exchangers, and Purified Water Distribution Systems. The Integration Engineer will ensure system uptime, operational compliance with SOPs, accurate documentation, and cross‑functional technical coordination. The role supports continuous improvement and reliability across all water‑treatment processes by integrating engineering practices, automation, and data-driven monitoring.

What You Will Do:
- Operate RO, Recycle RO, Softener, DM Plants, and EDR systems as per SOPs.
- Operate AHUs, FCUs, chillers, compressors, cooling towers, and trim blowers.
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance for water treatment and HVAC equipment.
- Maintain CLTI for all equipment and ensure system health records are accurate.
- Identify equipment performance issues and resolve them proactively to maintain uptime.
- Coordinate with vendors and supervise their work for safety and compliance.
- Maintain ISO‑compliant logs for water treatment operations, readings, and system performance (RO logs, melt skid logs, water meter readings, etc.)
