About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Automation Engineer to lead the transformation of our network operations. You will be responsible for driving the automation of critical network elements, optimizing complex operational workflows, and spearheading software development initiatives to resolve technical debt. You will work within a pod model to deliver scalable,



high-availability solutions that enhance resiliency and efficiency across our network infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Network Automation: Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions for network elements, focusing on reducing manual intervention and increasing operational speed.
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing operational bottlenecks and streamline workflows by integrating core systems (KIRKE, AYS, JIRA, ECHO).
- System Integration: Develop robust pipelines to extract, correlate, and visualize data from disparate systems to create unified dashboards and automated reporting tools.
- Technical Leadership: Lead an independent pod, gathering requirements, defining problem statements, and delivering optimized solutions with measurable KPIs.
