The group seeks an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead the finance and accounts function, ensure statutory compliance, strengthen financial governance, and support strategic growth across all verticals.

Role Summary

The Finance Head will be responsible for the overall financial management, accounting systems, budgeting, audit coordination, statutory compliance, taxation, fund management, and financial planning of the organization and its associated entities.





The role requires solid leadership capabilities, experience in handling multi-entity operations, and sound knowledge of trust accounting, educational institution finance, hospital accounting systems, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Strategy
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Monitor financial health and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Ensure optimum utilization of funds across all institutions and trusts.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and analytical reports for management review.

Accounting & Financial Controls
- Supervise accounting operations across schools, colleges, trusts, and hospitals.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
- Establish internal financial control
