• The Application Engineer of FACTS & HVDC services activities will support the growth of the Regions by technically supporting the commercial team in the development of new opportunities. This role requires a broad knowledge of power electronics and electrical compensation equipment, strong sales acumen, the ability to work with engineering to develop current services and to work directly regions and global customers or other channels sales to identify, qualify and secure opportunities

• The Application Engineer will also be involved in the support provided to the Regions (L1 &L2;) in the support of root cause analysis (RCA) development, support to ticket resolution, support in the development of procedures, trainings to increase the Region capability and autonomy.

The Application Engineer of FACTS & HVDC services activities will support the growth of the Regions by technically supporting the commercial team in the development of new opportunities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provides technical expertise and develops technical solutions involving Service FACTS/HVDC portfolio as part of the pre-ITO (requisition) process while interfacing with the commercial team.
