Job Description

We seek a creative and results-driven Social Media Growth Expert to elevate one of the brands we're serving in the toys/games industry and engage audience across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our social media following, increase engagement, and drive brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:




- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand voice and goals
- Create and manage a content calendar for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Produce high-quality video content, including product videos, social reels, and promotional material.
- Edit videos to ensure they're optimized for each platform
- Manage and grow our social media communities, responding to comments and messages promptly
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand our reach and credibility.
- Planned and executed product photo and video shoots.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates, adjusting strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all channels

Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and growth, particularly on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn prefera
