Job Description:

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Electrical
Experience: min 5 to 8 yrs in Electrical maintenance for Hydro Pneumatic Machine (Press, Injection molding), Utility plant equipments, Electrical control panel.
Work location: Vasai east in Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:
Knowledge of VFD, PLC, SCADA, HMI
Ability to troubleshoot hardware system, electrical issues and resolve them.
Fault finding and repairing of various kinds of electrical and Electronics control panel.
Repair & maintenance of utility plant equipment like Compressor, Generator, motors, breaker and electrical parts.
Identify and repair machine breakdowns, minimize downtime, document breakdown incidents.
Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule, perform regular maintenance tasks, keep records of maintenance activities.
Ensure machines are calibrated correctly, maintain calibration records, schedule regular calibration checks.
Monitor machine conditions, analyze data to predict failures, plan and execute predictive maintenance tasks
Manage inventory of spare parts,



ensure availability of critical spares, keep accurate inventory records, and conduct regular stock audits.
Prepare for and participate in product and process audits, ensure compliance with IATF standards, address and close open issues as per audit findings.
Assess training needs of inspectors, develop and deliver training programs, maintain training records, evaluate training effectiveness.
Develop and implement training programs for workmen, ensure workmen are trained in daily and weekly maintenance tasks, maintain training records.
Research and evaluate recent technological machines, propose replacements for conventional machines, assess impact on product quality and cost.
Plant Shutdown - Ensure all electrical points& Chemical area are properly closed for Shut down.
Plant startup_ Ensure all Necessary Precautions/ Instructions in place to Plant startup.
