We are looking for a agile and result-oriented MarCom professional to manage company social media, public relations, and event activities. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, and capable of handling end-to-end marketing communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management
- Plan and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Create and schedule engaging content (posts, banners, videos).
- Manage company pages and respond to audience queries.
- Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Improve brand visibility and engagement.

2. Public Relations (PR):
- Coordinate with PR agencies and media partners.
- Draft press releases, media notes, and company announcements.
- Manage media coverage and brand positioning.
- Support leadership communication and corporate announcements.

3. Event Management:
- Plan and execute corporate events, exhibitions, trade shows, and webinars.
- Coordinate with vendors, designers, and internal teams.
- Manage event budgets and timelines.




- Ensure brand consistency in all event collaterals.

Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in handling LinkedIn and B2B marketing (preferred).
- Basic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
- Event coordination experience.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good vendor and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in MarCom / Marketing.
