Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Mumbai (Mumbai (Goregaon)[6 days WFO])

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining company products/services, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving call targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Handle inbound calls and address customer queries in a skilled manner.
- Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM or Excel.
- Follow up on leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into customers.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.




- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead management and reporting.

Key Skills & Requirements:

1.Excellent verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, and regional languages as applicable).
2.Good listening and interpersonal skills.
3.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
4.Positive attitude and persuasive personality.
5.Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet targets.
6.Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
7.Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate preferred.
CTC-3-3.5 LPA (Depending upon the interview)
