Job Title: Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans and schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.

Analyze delays, identify critical paths, and propose corrective actions.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure alignment with timelines.

Prepare regular progress reports and dashboards for management and clients.

Forecast resource and material requirements for projects.

Conduct risk analysis and assist in contingency planning.

Ensure that all planning activities comply with company policies and contractual requirements.

Support cost control, budgeting, and procurement planning.

Participate in project review meetings and provide scheduling insights.

Qualifications:

-
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

3–6 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.

-
Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel).

-
Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience in EPC, construction, or infrastructure projects preferred.
