Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager with a solid background in semiconductor facility projects.
The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management for large-scale industrial and high-tech projects. This role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and providing strategic planning support to achieve project objectives.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Ensure alignment of schedules with project milestones and deliverables.
Resource & Cost Planning:
- Coordinate resource allocation and cost forecasting.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely execution of project milestones.
- Monitor progress and update schedules to reflect actual performance.
Risk & Change Management:
- Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
