Corporate Borrowing & Liquidity - Stakeholder Management
- Preparation of credit proposals for sanction/renewal/enhancement of Working Capital Limits & Sanctioning of Term Loans.
- Working Capital management including monitoring of bank limits under multiple banking arrangement.
- Liasioning and negotiating with banks for raising fund and non-fund-based facilities at favorable terms to meet working capital requirements.




- Preparation of CMA to analyse the actual requirement of funds as per projections
- Managed Liquidity management including Cash Flow monitoring and managing Investments in MF/FDs/Bonds etc.
- Coordinating and managed with external credit rating agencies for securing and updating credit rating (incl. annual surveillance exercises etc.) and rating metrics for various debt financing facilities.

Channel, Trade (Inland & Cross Border) & FX Risk Management
- Managed Dealer Channel Finance Limits with Yes Bank and ICICI Bank.
- Exposure of acquisition of overseas company and related compliance and co-ordination with the banks for overseas debt raising applicability, ODI, cross border transactions and current account transactions.
- ODI remittances, Fx rate closure with Banks dealing rooms, repatriation of funds, etc.
