We currently have an outstanding opportunity for experienced Geotechnical Engineers in our rapidly expanding team in Bangalore GTC. An ideal prospect for individuals looking to develop their international experience by working with a multidiscipline team of Geotechnical Engineers providing a comprehensive design service to our clients.
Your role
- The successful applicant will be a senior geotechnical engineer with a proven technical and project management track record.
- A strong academic background with degree in Civil engineering and master’s degree or PhD in Geotechnical Engineering or Equivalent
- Ability to lead project teams.
- With minimum 12-14 years of relevant design experience.
- Proven experience of acting as a geotechnical engineer in a fast-moving engineering consultancy environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to liaise with international clients.
- Good commercial track record in negotiating and running jobs successfully.
- Excellent report writing skills with the ability to check and produce accurate work.
- A flair for innovation and sustainability.
- A willingness to travel on short term assignments both within India and overseas
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer, P.Eng. from US/ Canada Regions.
- Master’s Degree PhD in Geotechnical Engineering or Equivalent with appropriate and sufficient experience in the field of geotechnical engineering in a fast-moving engineering consultancy environment.
- Candidates will be asked to show how their experience demonstrates ability to:
- Strong work experience in UK, US, Canada and Middle East Regions Transportation and Infrastructure Projects.
- Analytical skills to assess complex problems and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Design of modular and embedded retaining walls, slope stability analysis & pile group analysis.
- Conversant with geotechnical analysis software like PLAXIS 2D/3D, GEOS
