About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing and driven MICE Sales professional to join our team in Chennai, at the Senior Executive to Assistant Manager level. This role will focus on acquiring and managing large-scale MICE business with an annual sales target of ₹8–10 Crores.

You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and converting leads into successful MICE events,



while collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
Identify, approach, and close new MICE clients to meet annual revenue targets of ₹8–10 Cr.

Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with corporate clients and event partners.

Sales Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute sales strategies tailored to regional opportunities and client needs.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
Develop a healthy pipeline of leads, follow up consistently, and ensure high conversion rates.

Proposal Development
Prepare winning proposals and pitch presentations for events, conferences, and corporate off-sites.
