Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Senior Training Executive to strengthen our Learning & Development function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging training content, preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducting training sessions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for employees across various functions.
- Create training content, including presentations, manuals, SOPs, process documents, assessments, and learning materials.
- Develop, review,



and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process standardization.
- Conduct onboarding, process, functional, and behavioral training sessions.
- Identify training needs by coordinating with department heads and business stakeholders.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, learning documentation, and MIS reports.
- Ensure training content remains updated in line with business processes and organizational requirements.
- Support employee development initiatives and contribute to building a strong learning culture.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of training programs.
- Continuously improve training methodologies and learning materials based on business needs and participant feedback.
