Role Highlights:
- Financial Regulatory Advisory: Advise clients on financial services regulations, including banking, NBFCs, fintech, payment systems, and other regulated financial institutions.
- Policy & Compliance: Assist clients with regulatory compliance, licensing, approvals, and ongoing interactions with regulators such as RBI, SEBI, and other financial sector regulators.
- Transactional Support: Provide regulatory support on corporate transactions, M&A;, investments, and restructuring involving regulated entities.
- Regulatory Strategy: Support clients in structuring products, business models, and transactions in line with applicable financial services regulations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with regulators and work closely with clients and internal transaction teams to deliver commercially sound regulatory advice.

Ideal Candidate:
- Lawyer with 3–8+ years of PQE (Associate / Senior Associate / Principal Associate).




- Prior experience in Financial Regulatory / Financial Services Regulatory Practice (FRP / FSRP) at a law firm or relevant in-house role.
- Strong understanding of RBI, SEBI, and allied financial sector regulations.
- Experience in advising banks, NBFCs, fintechs, or other regulated entities is preferred.
- Educational background: LLB from a recognised university.
- Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and comfortable handling regulatory matters independently at the relevant level.
