Role
- Liasioning with banks & NBFCs for fresh funding and submission of data / information to prospective lenders
- To ensure end to end execution in fund raising exercise - replying credit queries, documentation, draw-down, post draw-down compliances
- Debt Covenant monitoring & tracking, providing periodical data to lenders
- with Rating agencies
- Manage requirements of internal stakeholders - Accounts & finance team, handling borrowings related queries from auditors
Skills
- Experience of fund raising is a must
- Valuable relationship management & communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous and understanding of credit
- Adequate understanding of ALM
- General understanding of various borrowing products available in the market
Persona
- CA / MBA in Finance (Tier I /II) with 5-6 years experience
- Experience in NBFC treasury is a must; retail NBFC with varied offerings (Secured + Unsecured) is preferable.
