We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join the Cognitive team to work on bleeding-edge AI projects. The Technical Product Manager will take part in shaping the product strategy and roadmap for Cognitive services, extending the capabilities beyond Document Intelligence. This role is a good fit for someone who is passionate about AI and Cloud.
RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the Cognitive AI services, based on customer requirements, market trends, and business goals.
- Gather customer feedback and conduct market research to identify user needs, pain points, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to define product requirements and prioritize features.
- Lead the product development process, working closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative methods to understand and improve product performance – build product metrics, conduct thorough testing and validation, leverage user stories and case studies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Conversational AI technologies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
- Build relationships with customers develop insights that achieve commercial and technological success for our customers
- Effectively manage multiple products across different customers, lifecycles, and teams
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably with expertise in Cognitive AI platforms. Strong understanding of the cloud competitive landscape (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Positive understanding of AI methods, as well as databases and distributed data processing systems.
