Developing & managing MIS/ ERP solutions by documenting, designing, developing, testing and implementing such solutions.
Duties:
- Determines operational feasibility by documenting the problem definition, requirements, solution development methodology to be used, and assessing existing proposed solutions if they can be customized & implemented to suit the client's requirements.
- Assessing if the development requires a Web Browser based or Desktop based solution and proceed for documentation prior to designing/ coding.
- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
- Prepares and implements solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards,
and programming in ASP.net (using C#.net or VB.net) with SQL/ Ms Access
- Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; reading skilled publications;
- Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
- Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
