The Convergence Foundation (TCF) is an Indian philanthropic foundation established by Ashish and Manisha Dhawan in April 2021. TCF builds on their legacy of impactful philanthropy, including the founding of transformative institutions like Ashoka University and the Central Square Foundation.

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial professional to join the Human Capital Development (HCD) vertical at The Convergence Foundation (TCF). This role offers the opportunity to shape high-impact initiatives at the intersection of skilling and employability in India. The Program Manager will work across key strategic priorities, including conceptualizing a $1 billion Skilling Collective, scaling the Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Program (AEDP), and strengthening school-to-work transitions within secondary education and post school pathway
