Job Description:

Job Title: General Manager – Rolling Mill (600 TPD)

Experience: Minimum 20+ Years (in Rolling Mill Operations)

Location: RAMGHAR (JHARKHAND)
CTC: 20 LPA - 30 LPA
Industry: Steel / Metal / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a 600 TPD Rolling Mill, ensuring production efficiency and quality.
- Manage all departments including production, maintenance, quality control, and manpower.
- Implement strategies to optimize throughput, reduce downtime, and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Drive performance through KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with senior leadership on business strategy, CAPEX planning, and operational expansion.




- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of discipline and accountability.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 20 years of experience in Rolling Mill operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Deep technical expertise in hot rolling (TMT bars or similar products preferred).
- Robust track record in managing high-volume mills (preferably 600 TPD or more).
- Proven skills in production planning, process optimization, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
