Job Summary
- Candidate should have robust experience in application support and business system operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Material Management operations, including inventory coordination and process support.
- Provide MIS reporting and support business software systems.
- Assist in implementation and enhancement of business applications and digital processes.
- Perform data analysis, reporting, and operational monitoring.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and IT systems to improve efficiency.
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies for automation and productivity improvement.
- Support system-driven workflows and ensure process standardization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification: B.Sc / B.E / B.Com / Diploma in IT or equivalent.
- Experience: 2–3 years in relevant role (application support / MIS / operations support).
