Job Description:

As the national head of a bancassurance division for a health insurance company, your role would encompass overseeing the company's health insurance distribution through banking channels across the country. Here are some key responsibilities and tasks you might handle:

Strategy Development: Formulating strategies to expand the company's bancassurance business in the health insurance sector, considering market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
Partnership Management: Building and nurturing relationships with partner banks to ensure effective distribution of health insurance products through their channels. This involves negotiating contracts, addressing concerns, and fostering collaboration.
Product Development: Working with product development teams to create health insurance products tailored for bancassurance distribution, considering factors such as customer preferences, pricing, and regulatory compliance.
Sales and Distribution: Overseeing sales activities and distribution channels to meet revenue targets and market penetration goals.
