Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle CDM solutions or related MDM/Data Quality platforms.
Participate in the design and implementation of Oracle CDM solutions, including data modeling, data profiling, data cleansing, data enrichment, and data integration processes.
Contribute to the definition and enforcement of data governance policies and procedures within the Oracle CDM workplace.
Assist in the configuration and customization of Oracle CDM tools and applications to meet specific business requirements.
Collaborate with data owners and stewards to establish and maintain data quality rules and standards.
Contribute to the development of data integration strategies between Oracle CDM and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, data warehouses).
Participate in data migration and data conversion activities related to the Oracle CDM implementation.
Assist in the development of reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and compliance.
Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, including data flow diagrams,
data dictionaries, and configuration guides.
Identify and escalate any potential risks or issues related to data quality or the CDM implementation.
Provide expertise and guidance on Oracle CDM best practices and methodologies.
Collaborate with the project team on data reconciliation and issue resolution.
Adhere to project standards and methodologies.
Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and data quality methodologies.
Experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (OEDQ), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), or other relevant data integration and quality tools.
Familiarity with master data management (MDM) concepts and best practices.
Proficiency in data analysis, data profiling, and data cleansing techniques.
Experience with SQL and data manipulation languages.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
