The Business Development Manager is a base plus commission-based role responsible for finding potential clients in the market geographically (3-4 districts) assigned to you through field visits. The BDM should be focused on potential customers and cultivating them for closing the sale through making positive impact leading to everlasting relationships. They should be able to build a rapport with potential quickly clients, have a strong understanding of our business to convey our products, track and follow-up with potential clients, and convert new business. Finally, the BDM would be part of the final hand off of clients to the appropriate/ accounting teams for support and renewals.
