Core Responsibilities
Enterprise HR Core Delivery
Design, configure,



and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions aligned with global HR processes and policies.
Translate business and HR requirements into scalable EC configurations covering core employee data, organizational structures, and workflows.
Support full lifecycle activities including enhancements, releases, testing, data migration, and production support.
AI Assisted Delivery & Productivity
Use AI copilots and GenAI tools to accelerate requirements analysis, configuration validation, documentation, testing, and defect resolution.
Apply AI assisted techniques to improve data consistency, identify anomalies, and optimize HR processes.
Leverage pre built AI capabilities within SAP and adjacent platforms (e.g., intelligent insights, automation, copilots) to enhance HR operations.
Integration & Data Enablement
Integrate Employee Central with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and enterprise systems using stand
