Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience in financial reporting, accounting operations, and month-end closure activities.
- Hands-on experience in journal entries, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and financial schedules.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports, management reports, and perform financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, and reporting processes.
- Experience in audit coordination, issue resolution, and ensuring reporting accuracy.
- Ability to guide junior team members and support process improvements.
