Job Description

Junior MERN Developer-02 Position(3-5 Years)
- 3+ years of in-depth experience working as a MERN stack developer

Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Robust hands-on experience in React, and NextJS.
- Strong hands-on experience with NodeJS, ExpressJS, etc.
- Hands-on experience in RESTful HTTP service design
- Hands-on working experience with SQL, Postgres SQL, and No SQL DB like Mongo DB.
- Ability to design solutions by breaking them into functional modules.
- Understanding of NFR concepts around resilience, availability, performance, security, etc.
- Familiar with Continuous integration methodologies and tools.
- Hands-on experience on any one cloud platform with exposure to microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.




- Knowledge of design patterns like microservices, event-based architecture patterns, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in project work and commercial development processes- particularly Agile methodologies.
- Able to be effective in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong stakeholder/vendor management skills, influence, and ability to work autonomously.
- Hands-on experience on designing for NFRs around resilience, availability, performance, security, etc.
