Prerequisite skills: 5+ experience in UAT testing with 3 years in HCM configurations
Job Description:
- This role is responsible for participating in User Acceptance Testing UAT activities to ensure software applications meet business requirements and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills attention to detail and strong analytical abilities. The candidate will work collaboratively with various groups team members and stakeholders to deliver high quality testing processes and results
- Bachelors degree in computer science CIS or related field and five 5 years of experience in Technology development engineering
- Two 2 years of experience in software testing quality assurance or a related field
- Three 3 years of comprehensive UATSIT testing experience of Oracle HCM configurations customizations identifying and resolving issues before system golive
- Strong understanding of UAT processes methodologies and best practices
- Three 3 years of experience working in Agile Scrum environments
- Three 3 years of experience with automated testing tools and test management tools eg JIRA HP ALM etc
- Three 3 years experience with working on projects involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles eg SDLC
- Expertise in translating functional and nonfunctional requirements into test cases test scripts and reviewing functional technical design document specifications
- Two 2 years of participation in defect triage calls working with business users on defect assignment tracking issue resolution and successful closure of UAT defects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive understanding of UAT methodologies and business processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with external internal project partners ensuring adherence to st
