The Role
As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business performance by transforming data into clear, actionable insights. This role goes beyond reporting — it requires strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and the ability to tell compelling stories with data that influence decision-making across the business.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, pricing, and leadership to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth
- Translate data into transparent narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders




- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Google Sheets, and Excel
- Write efficient and scalable queries using SQL to extract and manipulate data
- Use Python (or another programming language) for deeper analysis, automation, and data processing
- Develop and improve pricing models, forecasting tools, and performance tracking systems
- Monitor key business metrics and proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and measure success
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems
- Design and optimize processes for reporting, invoicing, and inventory management
- Present insights in a structured and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences
