Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Platform Engineer to architect, build, and operate a next-generation AI-powered Internal Developer Platform (IDP) that enables rapid, secure, and scalable software delivery across the enterprise.

This role will manage a critical Kubernetes platform and drive automation through Terraform, ArgoCD, and Azure DevOps. While your foundation is rooted in SRE and DevOps excellence, you will also lead our efforts to integrate Agentic AI into the platform, building intelligent workflows that automate workplace provisioning, incident triage, and self-service capabilities to eliminate operational friction.

You will operate at the intersection of Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, AI automation, and Developer Experience, building systems that empower engineering teams to move faster with higher reliability and lower operational overhead.

What You’ll Do:
- Platform Architecture: Design, Develop and evolve a self-service Internal Developer Platform (leveraging Backstage or similar) to abstract cloud complexity for engineering teams.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Lead the development of modular, enterprise-grade Terraform libraries to manage multi-region Azure and AWS environments.
- Kubernetes Orchestration: Operate and manage large-scale Kubernetes clusters, focusing on networking, security hardening, and workload autoscaling.
- Continuous Delivery: Own the CI/CD lifecycle by building robust Azure DevOps Pipelines and implementing GitOps patterns using Argo CD.
