Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Support in driving strategic alliances across the zone with banks (Banca), NBFCs, MFIs, brokers, and corporate agents
- Identify and engage new partners through consultative B2B discussions and relationship-building.
- Present the company’s capabilities across Product Life, Broking, Corporate Agency, and Group Insurance.
- Assist in developing innovative partnership models to improve market reach and partner engagement.
- Contribute to achieving zonal business targets through effective partner channel management.
- Monitor performance metrics of existing alliances and support optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate in the development and execution of zonal business plans aligned with national objectives.
- Maintain solid working relationships with mid-to-senior level stakeholders in partner organizations.
- Ensure timely resolution of partner issues and smooth coordination across operational touchpoints.
- Work closely with product, operations, and IT teams to customize solutions for partner needs.




- Provide inputs on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to influence product and distribution strategies.
- Mentor and guide a small team of alliance executives or business development officers.
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and internal compliance standards.

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 6-10 years of experience in insurance sales, strategic alliances, or distribution

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of general insurance products and distribution models.
