Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic DAM Lead to oversee the implementation and management of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for a global digital platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in DAM technologies, a strong understanding of digital asset workflows, and the ability to lead a team in delivering a scalable and efficient DAM solution. This role will involve working closely with global stakeholders to ensure that the DAM system supports the needs of diverse regions and aligns with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the selection, implementation, and configuration of the DAM system to meet the requirements of a global digital platform, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and integration with other systems.

Develop and maintain the digital asset taxonomy, metadata schema, and governance policies to support productive organization, retrieval, and use of digital assets.

Manage and mentor a team of DAM administrators, librarians, and asset managers,



ensuring best practices in digital asset management are followed.

Oversee the integration of the DAM system with other systems such as CMS, PIM, CRM, and marketing automation platforms, and customize the DAM to meet specific business needs.

Ensure the DAM supports multilingual and localized assets, working closely with regional teams to adapt asset management strategies for different markets.

Establish asset governance frameworks, including user roles, permissions, and approval workflows, to maintain asset quality and consistency across the platform.

Monitor and optimize the performance of the DAM system, implementing caching, load balancing, and other techniques to ensure fast and reliable asset delivery.

Ensure the DAM system adheres to security best practices and complies with global data protection regulations, such as GDPR.
