Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team in Mumbai.
The CDP will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard. They will work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to create and execute menus, maintain inventory, and train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
