We are seeking proficient Satellite Systems Engineers to join our team. This person is expected to be passionate about the way various components and independent subsystems can be put together to achieve final system/product goals. In this role,



you will be expected to contribute to the systems engineering of flight-critical Avionics subsystems for Ground-Based and Space-Based sensors for Space Situational Awareness (SSA) applications.

Ideal Candidate - Work experience in the systems engineering of avionics systems, on-board computers, flight software or GNC in spacecrafts, or launch vehicles.

Responsibilities:
- Define, document, and manage system requirements throughout the product life cycle.
- Plan, configure and allocate requirements to subsystems, ensuring coherence and traceability throughout the design process.
- Perform system-level trade-off studies to optimize performance, reliability, and cost.
- Develop and maintain system-level documentation, including specifications, interface control documents, and system design descriptions.
- Conduct requirements analysis, verification, and validation activities to ensure compliance with customer needs and industry standards.
- Develop risk mitigation plans and monitor their implementation
