Job Description





AECOM is seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineering Head – PMC to lead electrical engineering delivery across large-scale energy and infrastructure programs in India.
This role is a senior technical leadership position within PMC engagements, responsible for overseeing the design, review, and execution of electrical systems across renewable energy (solar, wind, hybrid), conventional generation, hydro/PSP, BESS, substations, and transmission networks up to 765 kV.
The role operates at the interface of engineering, project management, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring that all electrical systems are designed, implemented, and commissioned in accordance with project objectives, grid requirements, and applicable standards. The position also supports techno-commercial optimization, digital integration, and grid readiness for contemporary energy systems.
