Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Semiconductors, Mumbai, India is currently seeking applicants for an Asst. Manager - Planning role.
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the company's production control functions including master scheduling, production planning/coordination and dispatching.
- Develops, implements,
and approves items such as material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, and material and manufacturing performance reporting.
- Approves quantities, schedules, and parts lists provided to the material control organization to ensure timely and complete ordering, receipt and issuance of production material requirements.
- Responsible for planning, reviewing, and developing production procedures and personnel.
- Maintains reports to reflect scheduling, methods, support performance, and process procedures.
- Generation of monthly / quarterly forecast for manufacturing.
- Data analysis for demand fulfillment
- Review of billing / booking information & MIS reporting
- Generation of master’s production schedule and execution of the same
- Review & tracking of quarterly KPIs for department
- Business plan & forecast using analytical modeling tools for formulation of plans
- Generation of production plans based on cap
