- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the specific needs of the real estate industry, considering factors such as market trends, property types, and geographical locations.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to attract top talent.
- Candidate Sourcing: Oversee the sourcing efforts to identify candidates with expertise in real estate sales, property management, leasing, development,



and related fields.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote the company's employer brand, highlighting its unique selling points and career opportunities within the real estate sector.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, brokers, property owners, and industry associations, to understand talent needs and market dynamics.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Implement strategies to nurture and expand the talent pipeline, including engaging with universities, industry events, and qualified networks to attract emerging talent to the real estate sector.
