Would be responsible for Real Estate Sales in North Kolkata
- USP of the product to the client. Competitor Analysis setting up meetings with potential. Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with recent contacts.
- Conduct Market Research to identify selling possibilities an customer needs Excellent Negotiation Skills
- Site visit of the client .Provide detail about the properties
- Aiming to achieve monthly and yearly target
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
- Relevant Experience in Real estate sector Manage client query on the phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.
- Organizing sales visits, presenting products to achieve their monthly and yearly targets Provide the best possible solution to customers.
Any Graduate or MBA in sales & marketing (Preferred)
