Desired Industry / Functional Exposure

Fenestration Industry/ uPVC fabrication/Aluminum Fabrication/Auto Industry/ Auto Ancillaries. Valuable in production management in a factory environment. 5 years in Managerial Role. Able to handle 200+ Manpower. Able to handle CNC machines, Metal processing machines, Assembly machines. Good Technical knowledge about Machines and processing; Knowledge of Quality standards, systems and procedures of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO-14001:2015

Quality Improvement




- Analyse & monitor customer PPM by monitoring the rejection trends and understanding the customer specific quality requirements & take the necessary counter-measures, if required
- Stimulate employees from production department in glass Plant to participate in various quality improvement plans to increase the level of quality
QC circles implementation
Monitor improvement activities and upgrade the processes

Quality Management
- Monitor the compliance to ISO 9001:2015/ ISO 14001:2015/ Systems
- Monitor Audit score 5S/Safety and number of NCR's in internal / external audits

Manpower Development
- Plan and develop required skill-set in department members as per respective roles and responsibility by calculating competency mapping score and monitoring actual training hours in accordance with the plan
- Set and monitor performance targets of accountability and objectives of department members as per the pl
