Job Description:

The Site Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily in office activities across multiple brick project sites in Ahmedabad. The role involves daily visits to upcoming and
ongoing brick sites, guiding clients and contractors on brick installation stages, ensuring correct usage of supplied bricks, and maintaining quality standards. The position requires strong coordination skills, on-the-ground execution, and sound knowledge of brick products.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Visits & Coordination
• Conduct daily visits to various sites across Ahmedabad.
• Visit upcoming brick sites (pre-installation / planning stage) and ongoing brick sites where bricks have already been supplied.
• Coordinate with contractors, masons, and vendors at the site.
• Monitor site readiness, execution progress, and material usage.

2. Brick Installation Guidance & Technical Support
• Guide clients, contractors, and masons on correct brick installation stages, handling, laying patterns, jointing, alignment, and finishing.
• Provide on-site brick product knowledge,



including brick types, applications, as well as Do’s & Don’ts during installation.
• Act as a technical support person during execution stages.

3. Quality Control & Compliance
• Ensure bricks are installed as per company standards and guidelines.
• Identify installation issues and guide corrective actions.
• Conduct follow-up visits to ensure proper execution and completion.
• Ensure brand representation and correct product usage at the site.

4. Client & Stakeholder Interaction
• Coordinate with clients during site visits and inspections.
• Address on-site queries professionally.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients, site teams, and HO.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Project / Operations team.

5. Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain daily site visits and progress reports.
• Record client guidance, installation stages, and site observations.
• Share updates, issues, and action
